I have participated in and helped create these environments with the following projects: *Selected Achievements Sponsored a 25 million-dollar program leading to an on-time release of the world’s first hearing aid featuring an integrated sensor that tracked steps, detected a fall, and allowed access to a personal assistant via a simple tap of the hearing aid. The commercialized product was named to Time Magazine’s list of Best Innovations for 2019 and The Verge’s list of 100 Best Gadgets of the decade. Actively participated with 9 other leaders from across the company to create, implement and execute a new product introduction process designed to build products faster, reduce cost, and improve quality. The collaboration during value stream-mapping and discovery really built support and buy-in for the final process. Led a small team that was tasked with developing a small deeply inserted hearing aid that could communicate with a mobile app without the inclusion of a wireless radio. We ultimately created and delivered a product to market in 9 months and achieved a ROI within the first 3 months of sales.
